A New York woman is accusing Lindsay Lohan of stealing her $12,000 mink coat from a New York nightclub.
The college student claims Lohan snagged it when they were both living it up at 1 OAK. The coat was later returned.
Lindsay’s rep told ET, “She didn’t steal anything.” A rep for the nightclub concurs saying, “Clearly this girl is looking for publicity. She misplaced her coat, 1 OAK returned it. End of story.”
Well, it’s publicity she’s going to get.
Poor Lindsay. Everyone tries to take advantage of that girl. Well, except for Samantha Ronson!

10:45 pm Friday, Jan. 25 - A photographer following Lindsay Lohan to a series of downtown nightclubs snaps this shot of her wearing a black, shearling coat.
11:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 - Hours later that Saturday morning, Lohan - still in nightclub wear - takes the walk of shame, donning her original sleek, black jacket while carrying the mink coat in question. 6:45 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 - A day of rest brings a beaming Lindsay back to the party circuit. She wears a smile and this mink coat, which could belong to Markova, who claims it's worth $11,000.
In a rundown to the star's walk of shame:
* Lohan is first spotted hitting several downtown clubs late Jan. 25 wearing a black shearling.
* She arrives at the nightclub 1Oak in her black coat.
* As she leaves the club in the wee hours, photographers capture the Long Island-born star grinning - and wearing the striking blond coat.
* Hours later, Lohan is caught on camera covering her face while wearing her original black coat - but carrying what looks like the mink in question.
* A full 20 hours later, a refreshed Lohan is photographed going to dinner sporting a beaming smile - and allegedly Markova's blond mink.
Handlers for the "Mean Girl" passed the buck yesterday, claiming that one of Lohan's male pals accidentally grabbed the valuable fur at the club.
Lohan's handlers said one of her female friends had a fur that night and asked the male pal to "get my fur" as they were preparing to leave. He grabbed the blond mink.
But the reps wouldn't address how Lohan ended up with it.
Markova fingered Lohan after seeing the "Herbie Fully Loaded" star wearing what looked like the missing mink in OK! magazine.
After her lawyer called Lohan's people, the pricey pelt was mysteriously returned to the club and passed on to Markova, 22, almost three weeks later.
Markova is seeking at least $10,000 for what she considers unauthorized rental of the coat.

The fur is flyin' in Lindsay Lohan's camp.
I just got off the phone with her rep, who insists Lohan did not steal that fur coat or any clothing belonging to the New York City model accusing her of theft.
"This is crazy!" says Lohan's rep. "They are being paid for their interviews. I want that on the record. The bombing of Lindsay has to stop. She is in a good place right now. Why can't everyone leave her alone?"
