IAWTCSM. If I didn't love EC so much, I don't think I'd be as big a Nicole fan as I am now. Her voice sounds fuller and deeper now, but I thought her vocals were better back then. She sings kinda weird now. Not a bad weird, just different and I can't quite figure out what it is. I still love her, though. I don't care.

i live in belgium and i dont know a single person who knows our entire anthem... in fact i dont know anyone who knows it past the first two lines i think!
when we have to play international football/soccer matches all the players go like... humhumhum
its v. sad :(

I liked her adlibs on "wave." She made the song her own, which can either be a good or a bad thing, depending on how you see it (since it's the national anthem after all).

See, and this is why I'll never be able to sing the National Anthem at huge events. I refuse to add 50 extra notes and a dozen trills to the damn song!! Why can't people just SING THE SONG?

And diction, jesus, pop tarts. Since when do we see things by the dawn's early lie?
