We’re hearing People’s J. Lo twins issue moved between two and three million copies at the newsstand, according to multiple scan data sources. (Distributor AMI says 3m; supermarket data say 2m.)

By comparison, Nicole Richie’s baby issue is said to have sold 1.8 million at the newsstand, while Christina Aguilera’s moved an estimated 1.3 million.

i can't believe people pay money for these magazines. by the time i get through the grocery line i've seen all the pictures and read about 4 articles - but not the ones about everyday normal people who survived shark attacks or lost 325 pounds. gimme celebrities only plz.

I haven't bought a magazine in about 8 years (apart from weekly TV Guide-type stuff). I certainly wouldn't buy a magazine just to look at someone's babies. A hot photoshoot in GQ or Flaunt? Yeah. But that's also what scans are for. And they're free. /cheap-ass student.
