David and Pamela have agreed on who pays what, right down to the vet bills. In legal papers obtained by TMZ, filed Monday In Los Angeles Superior Court, the unhappy couple has agreed that the pad David is renting for $10,900 a month will be paid out of community funds. Community property will also be used to pay the mortgage (Pam and the couple's two kids live in the house), the gardener ($740 a month), security and pet expenses. There's also that pesky tuition payment of $24,590 which will be covered, as well as Pam's Mercedes ($1,333.97 a month). Both The Hoff and Pam get to take $27,000 a month out of the community pot -- living expenses, of course. And then there are the lawyers. Each side gets a cool 50 grand. Everwood moving to ABC Family [15 Aug 2006|08:56pm] I was watching Gilmore Girls today on ABC Family, when an add for Everwood came up. Starting this fall, Everwood will be shown on ABC Family [USA only I believe]. I don't know if this means a new season could be in the works, but at least now fans have a chance to show good ratings and maybe get another season [or at least seasons 2-4 on DVD]. I'm so happy it has moved to a different network, I was so upset [and still am] that it got canned. BABY FISH MOUTH RIP [15 Aug 2006|11:20pm] Bruno Kirby, a veteran character actor who costarred in "When Harry Met Sally," "City Slickers" and many other films, has died at age 57, his wife said Tuesday. Kirby died Monday in Los Angeles from complications related to leukemia, according to a statement from his wife, Lynn Sellers. He had recently been diagnosed with the disease. "We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support we have received from Bruno's fans and colleagues who have admired and respected his work over the past 30 years," his wife said. "Bruno's spirit will continue to live on not only in his rich body of film and television work but also through the lives of individuals he has touched throughout his life." Kirby was perhaps best known for his roles opposite Billy Crystal in 1989's "When Harry Met Sally" and 1991's "City Slickers." Other film credits included "Good Morning, Vietnam," "The Godfather: Part II" and "Donnie Brasco." More recently, he played Phil Rubenstein on the HBO series "Entourage." SAD. SAD. SAD. One of his islands in the Exuma chain, Musha Cay, is a private resort that rents for up to $300,000 a week and the other islands serve as buffers to keep prying eyes away from celebrity guests on the white sand beaches. Copperfield is coy about his reasons for the Fountain of Youth claim, but the man best known for entertaining with grand deception insists his archipelago also contains the legendary waters that bestow perpetual youth. Seriously. "I've discovered a true phenomenon," he told Reuters in a telephone interview. "You can take dead leaves, they come in contact with the water, they become full of life again. ... Bugs or insects that are near death, come in contact with the water, they'll fly away. It's an amazing thing, very, very exciting."
