Video: Dr. Adams Pulls Out of "Larry King Live" Appearance, Walks Off Stage
At the insistence of the family of Dr. Donda West, Dr. Jan Adams bailed on "Larry King Live" at the last moment.
Adams did not come out for the first segment of the show. He appeared after the first commercial break, and very politely told Larry King that he would not speak.
He said, in part, "I had come here to talk about things in the press that aren't accurate about me. But I have a tremendous about of love and respect for the West family and they've asked me not to go on."
He then took off his ear piece and walked off the set. Larry quickly went to commercial.

This whole thing was just amazing.
Also... Larry just came back from commercial and announced that he and Dr. Adams' attorney have hatched a deal that would bring Dr. Adams back on the show tomorrow night (and Larry back from vacation, haha), provided that a) the West family gives its blessing, and b) there is no discussion of what happened to Donda West on the operating table, etc. (but to include a dialogue about reports/rumors/etc. in the press about Dr. Adams and the issue).
