will.i.am Tapped to Replace Kanye as Performer at Victoria's Secret Show
will.i.am to Fill in for Kanye



"The Insider" breaks news that Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am will fill in for his friend Kanye West at the 2007 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, taping today. Kanye bowed out of his scheduled performance on Wednesday in the wake of his mother Donda's tragic death on Saturday. As a tribute to Kanye's mom, will.i.am will perform his hit song "I Got It From My Mama" and at the end he is expected to say a few words. The last minute substitution was worked out just before midnight last night sources inside CBS confirm. will.i.am is expected to rehearse in the few hours remaining before the concert is taped. The special will air on CBS Dec.4th.

Oh my GOD this is like the WORST song to tribute somebody's deceased mother who died from a PLASTIC surgery procedure. Doesn't the song go something like, "If your mama's so ugly bla bla bla you lucked out cuz ya ugly 2!" or no? Fuck this.
