Lindsay Lohan's Inner Circle Fears for Her Life

Tuesday, July 24, 2007

Members of Lindsay Lohan's Inner Circle Fear for Her Life

The atrocious behavior of Lindsay Lohan's parents is just one reason why the 21-year-old actress is in so much trouble now. That's what those who are really close to Lindsay and fear for her life now are telling me.

Between avaricious Michael Lohan's many media appearances yesterday — which no doubt carried remuneration — and Dina Lohan's absence from her daughter's crisis, we can tell more about what happened to this girl than anything else.

But now my sources — who are impeccable on this matter — are scared for Lindsay.

"Dina didn't fly right out to see her yesterday when she got the news that Lindsay had been arrested again," my source said. "It's unbelievable. And her father's been on TV all day."

In the meantime, Lindsay spent her post-arrest hours with attorney Blair Burke and her assistant.

What happens next? Nothing good, that's for sure. Lohan, my sources conclude, is less likely to withstand a jail stint than Paris Hilton.

"She hates being alone; she can't do it," an observer said.

My sources fear for Lindsay's life, and surmise that, in some way, she is trying to kill herself.

The main difference between Lindsay and Paris: The latter actually has a strong family structure to lean on. Lindsay has nothing — nobody except people she pays.

"She's in some kind of pain that doesn't stop," my source said. "She's done drugs with all kinds of older movie stars, but they can stop when they want. She can't."

The fact is, my source said, Oscar winners and nominees have guided Lohan down a pretty scary path not realizing that they were older, wiser and more in control than she.

It's hard to differentiate the craziness on TV talk shows — and Larry King, don't ask about his guests last night — from the Lindsay I've known for several years.

Yesterday a lot of people asked me: Is her career over? I think it's more important to wonder: Will her life be over?

Someone, somewhere has to got to help this girl from doing something tragic.

Not that I'm defending Dina, because she's clearly a shit mom - but I hate it when the example is how she doesn't run to Lindsay's side fast enough. She's got two (three?) other kids. She has to deal with them before she goes running to.... stand outside the rehab facility.

That's what I want to know. I'm afraid to accept this, but I think Benicio DelToro and Adrien Brody.

It's sad if she really has no one to lean on, but she wouldn't be the first, she won't be the last, she needs to learn to depend on herself.
But yeah, I'll be surprised if she lives through this. Kind of sad actually.

^ yes, true, but then again....it's HER brain that needs to learn to say "no" to drinking and drugs.....so it really boils down to her own decisions and shit at the end of the day.......

and the people she gets close to, she ends up pushing away by swinging between paranoidviolent and clingyneedy?

Oh, so dramatic.

Where is Drew Barrymore in all this? Surely it's about time a "friend" of Drew's reported Drew's passionate plea to Lindsay to call her sometime for help with her out of control ways. "I've been there," Drew's friend would report Drew as saying. "I know Lindsay's pain and what it's like to be young and tempted to do drugs with older stars in nightclubs due to fucked up parents. I was in rehab when I was like 12 you know. I can help you Lindsay! Call me!"

There was already a report the first time she checked into rehab. A "friend" of Drew's reported that Drew had invited Lindsay to live with her after checking out so that she could lend support.

so this bitch didn't fly right out to see her. maybe she's PISSED OFF at her daughter? lord knows i would be. it takes a long time to come to terms with someone else's addiction. it's hard to continually be supportive when they relapse.

The only thing I feel bad for about her is that she chooses to stay away from her father and he keeps using the media to force her to have connection to him. He needs to shut the hell up and leave her alone already and let her deal with it in her own way.

If she wanted to kill herself, she would've done it by now. Jesus Christ. Don't joke around about shit like that.

Suicidal tendencies must not be overlooked. Throw this girl in an institution, for fuck's sake.

I do feel bad that she doesn't have a solid family to fall back on, but at the same time, that doesn't mean she needs to choose to hang out with the shittiest friends possible. If I had such a fucked up home life, I would at least build a strong circle of decent, supportive (SOBER) friends, preferably ones who weren't involved in the same insane business. So I do pity Lindsay on some level, but I also resent the fact that she insists on hanging out with these club kids when she could be staying out of the limelight and staying home once in a while. She needs therapy. That whole "I can't be alone ever" thing is really pathetic.

it's really unfortunate, but lindsay lohan is absolutely tragic. everyone already knows this, but because she had two parents that are really only concerned with themselves and making money and whoring her to the public, she ends up like this.

it isn't about "being an adult"...when you see that your CHILD is in trouble, it doesn't matter how old they are...you step in. just because lindsay lohan turned 21 doesn't mean that her mother isn't her mother anymore and the gig of being a parent is up. sorry, but having children means that you're a parent for the rest of your life. it's a responsibility that doesn't end. just because you don't have to hold your kid's hand and teach them how to ride a bike anymore, it doesn't mean the job is over. when you have a child you take the responsibility to look after them forever and always be looking out for their best interest.

dina lohan makes me absolutely sick. she's this hideous skeletor woman who thinks she's really hot because her daughter is all over the tabloids. but, i'm sure the reason she didn't race to lindsay's side is because she was too busy doing drugs herself.

i have a really big problem with these celebrity parents who don't want to give up the free ride of lots of money so they refuse to step into their children's lives and acknowledge that they have a serious problem. she deserves to be shipped off to an island and left for dead.
