Except "sampling" requires giving credit (and money) to the original artist. And somehow I highly doubt that's true in Avril's case.

She doesn't write her songs. Her highly paid "TEAM" of writers do it. The real crime is that for being so highly paid they sure have a hard time coming up with anything original. Anyone could get a job as Avril's songwriter.

She will end up in a dollar bin. Give it a few years. She's got about as much substance as Nstink or Paris Hilton.
