BTW, does anyone else notice Jackie's uncanny resemblance to Scarlett Johannsen? Not just in looks, but her voice too? It weirds me out. Anyway, props (not really) to Bravo to somehow keeping this on the downlow for so long while so many other celeb DUIs were blowing up.
Also, for those who watched Work-Out, it seems Jackie is still with Rebecca, at least according to the pics on her myspace page, but it does say "single." Whatevs, I'm over it. Rebecca=Mimi from Rent. I guess she likes Mimis, huh? (I know, it's a stretch.)

Jackie Warner, star of the reality show "Work Out" on Bravo, was busted for DUI and hauled into court for allegedly beating up and knifing her girlfriend, The Enquirer has learned exclusively.
The close-cropped trainer, who is openly gay, was arrested under her real name Jacqueline Waddell on Oct. 7, 2006, in Hollywood and charged on three separate counts, including driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.
Her blood alcohol level at the time was .12 percent, well over the legal limit of .08, according to the official documents obtained by The Enquirer. Jackie pleaded No Contest to the DUI charge and is in a state-ordered alcohol abuse program, which she is expected to complete by fall.
What's more, her ex-lover Mary Aloe charged in harrowing court papers--uncovered by The Enquirer--that she was hospitalized twice after Jackie stabbed her in the thumb and also kicked her in the back. A frightened Aloe took out a restraining order to keep Warner away from her.
The 38-year-old trainer has also locke horns with other girlfriends, say insiders. On the first season of "Work Out," her tumultuous affair with on-again, off-again girlfriend Mimi culminated with the pair getting into an argument and Jackie having a drink thrown at her head, say sources.
"Jackie and Mimi fought all the time," a friend told The Enquirer. "The police were called to Jackie's place more than once when the altercations turned physical.
"Even though she was busted for DUI, Jackie's still often out drinking at popular gay nightclubs in West Hollywood."
The bleached blonde celebrated Memorial Day at The Abbey by getting stumbling drunk by 7 p.m., charge sources. "After she got good and drunk, she and a female companion got into a screaming match in a parking lot across the street," says an eyewitness. "It was embarrassing, but I guess she doesn't care."
