EXCLUSIVE! PARIS HILTON UNDER SUICIDE WATCH

 
With all the positive news surrounding Paris Hilton's stint in prison to surface the last few days- news, for instance, of her supportive friends or her improving mental condition - we're saddened to report that our source says that Paris' mental state has allegedly taken a recent turn for the worse during her stay at the Twin Towers detention facility. An X17 souce is reporting that Paris has been assigned "three additional guards to watch her 'round the clock".

One sheriff's guard will be stationed at the elevator, one at the doorway of into the health ward, and one at the door of her room. Our sources the "sheriff is worried for Paris' mental state after recent erratic behavior" and that she has definitely not been cleared to leave the psychiatric ward.
