I think Hilary looks great in the ugly outfit. McPhee on the other hand looks like a scary monster who wants to eat your face... and the dress looks awful as well.

It's hard to say seeing as the picture of Hilary is cut off and Katharine's is full body. Plus the lighting is totally different making the outfit look different on both of them.

I personally like Hilary better though, so I'm going to say her.
