Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich, 43, and his girlfriend of two years, actress Connie Nielsen, 41, welcomed their first child together on Monday, My 21st. Bryce Thadeus Ulrich-Nielsen was born in San Francisco -- no birth details were released.

Bryce joins big brothers Sebastian, 16, Myles, 8, and Layne, 6, from Connie and Lars' previous relationships -- according to the statement, they're psyched!
