’-て’ form

  • Apr. 29th, 2008 at 10:28 PM

こんにちは~!

I'm bringing a new lesson to ohnokurasu@LJ :D I was serious about the reviving, you see:) I was happy to see some comments, meaning some people have this community still in their f-lists:D if we be able to revive for good, we will have to do some "marketing" to bring new students for 大野先生 (^。^)

so... famous form is coming:D

-te... )

ムカ

ps. OMG, I've just realized -te form was already done before on ohnokurasu =_= I feel stupid... and since it took a lot of my time to prepare it I'm noooooot deleting it:) in a way, you can have a different look on it:)

お久しぶり

  • Apr. 27th, 2008 at 8:12 PM
ハハー I know... this community was dead for almost two years... nothing to laugh about... it's because I was kind of away, Yuki-chan was away, Sacchan also doesn't use LJ much. But I came back (I think for good), though I don't have a full lesson with me... I just want to resurrect this place :D for that I will need a help of you girls, because during those years my Japanese didn't get so much better! Officially though:

お久しぶり!!!
おひさしぶり
Ohisashiburi

which means "long time no see", and you can tell it when you meet someone who you haven't seen for a long time.

Muka (as a voice of whole ohnokurasu community ^_^)

ps. sorry for crappy quality picture... but I wanted to do it still today and it didn't leave me much time XD gome, hontou m(_ _)m

ps2. BTW... I need to share this with some other Ohno fans XD really... last Saturday I went shopping to one of the bigger nightmarkets in Taichung, and while walking one of those crowdy shopping streets (and eating amazingly tasty cream cake XD) I heard a familiar song... I stopped my two Japanese friends and listened... and my mouth must have open very wide... because it was Ohno's "Rain"!!!! in a shop with girl's clothes... LOL... I stayed there till the end of the song... but then come some other Japanese (probably JE) artist so I went along... but it is such an amazing feeling to hear Arashi... especially OHNO's music just on the street... I felt touched ^_^

i'm baaack.. sort of..

  • Oct. 12th, 2006 at 5:36 PM
ok... as a moderator who has not posted anything in a looong time, i feel it's time i stepped up and said something...

minna doko ni iruno?? haha i'm sorry, the pc i'm using now does not support japanese text so i'm forced to use romaji... since this is ohnokurasu and oh-chan's bday is coming up... maybe we could post up some pics and just make simple japanese sentences with english translations and explanations? i mean, riida has more than enough weird/cute/funky/dorky/so-hot-i'm-melting pics for us to caption... i'll try to do something as well... when i manage to get my hands on a pc and internet connection that has not got all blogging sites blocked...

so... till i manage to do that, please, let's all do something to spice up this community... onegaishimasu!

こんばんはみんな! This is my first time posting here so ヨロシク. I posted this in my own journal but was urged to share it along *pokes divi & muka*. This song was sung by Ohchan and Aibachan during Arashi's 2003-2004 Live Is Hard Dakara Happy Fuyucon. I hope you'll love this song as much as I do. V(^_^)V

まごまご嵐 ~Grammar~

  • Jul. 24th, 2006 at 4:07 PM
こんにちは大野先生のクラスの皆さま! ^^

This is my second lesson and today I thought I‘d make something that helps our grammar.
Although everyone always says that Japanese grammar is the easiest part of the language, I still sometimes find it very hard (especially with the endings of the words when you have no idea what that particular form means >__<).

SO, this is what I thought of. ^_^
I took the latest Magox2 episode (2007-07-22), capped some random screenshots and translated them with some notes. Although I chose some easier ones, still, you should get the hand of the grammar at least a bit.

Credits for the Magox2 [info]arwennadives' clubbox (http://clubbox.co.kr/arwenna)

Corrections made thanks to lovely [info]schlurpi aka Fe-chan~! *chuus for all the help*

Anyways, here’s the 1st cap. We have a pretty Aiba-chan. ^^

私の父は嵐の城下町!!の大ファンらしく。
わたしのちちわあらしのじょうかまち!!のだいふぁんらしく。
Watashi no chichi wa Arashi no Joukamachi!! no dai fan rashiku.
My father seems to be a big fan of “Arashi no Joukamachi”.

Well, not much to explain about this cap, below are the translated separate words.
Notes:
私 (わたし) – I, me
父 (ちち) – father
城下町 (じょうかまち) – castle town
大 (だい) – big, large
ファン – fan
らしく- seems to be (I‘m not sure about this, I searched the internet for the translation of this word, and it looks like this is the right meaning ^_^)

The rest of the caps~! )

Ready To Fly (romaji, kana n translation)

  • Jul. 14th, 2006 at 1:01 PM

as promised to muka ages ago... well, not really ages... hahaha XDD

the translation (plus romaji and kana) for Ready To Fly...

how am i gonna make this a lesson for me as well?

here's the deal, i wasn't sure if i was gonna post this up... as i know the translation is really bad...
it's a very rough idea of what the song actually means... the meanings of some of the words are there but i had difficulty putting the meanings into english sentences... so those of you out there who can phrase it better, or have spotted some mistakes, pls comment!

and in order for ppl to learn more, try to expand on the comments and explain the rules (if there are grammatical rules etc) and so on...

thank you sooo much!! m(-.-)m

thanks for putting up with the (not good) translation!

once again, if posting elsewhere, let me know and credit me... doumo arigatou!

Te-Form

  • Jul. 13th, 2006 at 2:46 AM
Hi there...

This is my first entry here... ^^ And I thought... I'll post some grammar here...
So... this will be... How to make a verb like taberu... into this weonderful teabete... and what does it mean...

When I make mistakes here, please tell me and I'll correct it... ^^
Also... my English isn't that great either... ^^ Sop please bear with some mistakes here. ^^

Sooo let's get started!!! ^^

The Evil TE... ^^

-ru Verbs )

-U Verbs )

Irregular )

Oh well... that's this lesson... ^^ I hope it's a bit clear... ^^ I'm not good at explaining things, but I try my best! I'm sorry for mistakes... u.u

It's already really late.. and I need to get up early tomorrow... >.< So I can't think about a good Dialogue or somethng... Sorry, neeee... ^-^
Also... I don't have enough time to add some kanji... >.<
I'm sorry again... maybe I'll edit ths post, when have more time (and when I'm not tired like this...)

^^ Oyasumi nasai minna-san!!! ^^

EDIT:
--------------------------

Sooo... Now I've got some time... ^^ Hehehe... ^^

Negative )

Here's a Dialogue:
Ohno (writing a letter to the other members... to tell them hte things they have to do and don't have to do)
Aiba-san e: dansu suteppu o yoku benkyoo shite kudasai...
Ninomiya-san e: Okorenaide kudasai, zenbu tabete shimaimashita... Ninomiya-san no kukki. Gomen nasai. Oishii deshita...
Matsumoto-san e: Kinoo Matsumoto-san no hon o yonde, kukki tabemashita.
Sakurai-san e: Kono DVD o motte kite kudasai.

Not very intelligent things... O.o But I couldn't think of anything better... waaahh... ^^ Just the stupid me... ^^
Here we go for the informal version
Aiba-kun: Dansu Suteppu yoku benkyoo shite.
Ninomiya-kn: Okorenade ne, zenbu tabechatta.. ninomiya-kun no kukki. Gomen. Oishiiii datta...
Matsumoto-kun: Kinoo Matsumoto-kun no hon o yonde, Ninomiya-kun no kukki tabeta.
Sakurai-kun: Kono DVD o motte kite kureru?

Kanji:

Translation:
Aiba: learn your dance steps well... ^^
Ninomiya: Please don't be angry. I ate them all... your cookies. I'm sorry. They were delicious.
Matzsumoto: Yesterday I read your book, and ate Ninomiya's cookies... ^^
Sakurai: Please bring that DVD with you...

poor Nino... ^^
Ohno used shimau after tabete to say it he actually didn't want to eat all of nino's cookies... ^^ Informal it gets shortened to tabechatta... ^^
I'll explain that another time... ^^ Cause this Verbs are kind of... difficult... ^-^

And I hope the 'dialogue' isn't full of mistakes... I'm still a beginner myself... ^^ I'm relaly no good making sentences... ^^ hehehe...
Hopte the Kanji will show... ^^
OMG girls (and boys)!!!! Do you remeber how it all started with this community??? or maybe some of you don't know that....

geh, I'm so damn うれしい~~~~~~~~ *dances*

Let's work hard from now on!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!

Silver Ring

  • Jul. 10th, 2006 at 7:40 PM
we talked about translating songs...
rain has already been translated...
and tho i made the mistake of thinking this is ohno's pick-up song,
i still love it hahaha
so i decided to do 'silver ring'

i think muka and me talked about how ohno's solos nvr seem to reflect him as a person before...
after getting the translation to silver ring done...
let me just say, i'm swooning... still swooning... will be swooning...
if only he said the first 2 line of the song to me... *fu fu fu*
this song somehow ties in with my image of ohno...

ah... the riida rabu rabu that has me oh-so-arasick right now... (^.^)

this is my first translation so there are bound to be mistakes...

if you spot any, please let me know so i can make the edits...

also, if you wanna post this translation anywhere else, let me know n credit me pls...

thanks!! =^.^=

Kanji (漢字)

  • Jul. 9th, 2006 at 10:40 PM
こんにちは! This is my first post in this community, so forgive me for possible errors and stuff! ^__^ I’ve been studying Japanese on my own for quite some time and I was really excited when I discovered this community, it helped me a LOT~ So finally after so much time (when I overcame my shyness and laziness) I decided to share some things that I know.
Anyways, よろしくおねがいします~

So today I (and Ohno-sensei of course) decided to introduce you better to the infamous kanji.
We all know what it is, we even know some of them (maybe a lot in your case ^_^) but some of us don’t even know the difference between On-yomi and Kun-yomi (it might sound boring, but actually it’s not, plus, it’s very important for your Japanese knowledge). I’ll try my best to explain everything as good as I can.

Anyways, dive in~ )

P.S. Forgive all the spelling and grammar mistakes if any.... >__< Well then~

じゃ まったね~
さよなら バイバイ~

also... let's hope Ochan didn't hurt himself when he fell of the stage!!! Be more carefull !!! きをつけてください~~!!! and if you have to fall do it in Taiwanese concert when I'm around :P)

Today it's a little dialouge... :
大野先生: ぼく は 蛇 が 大嫌い です。
       ぼくはへびがだいきらいです。
             I hate snakes.
昔ちゃん: そうですね。。。でも、 私 は 蛇 が 好き です~♡!
        そうですね。。。でも、わたしはへびがすきです~
♡!
I see... but I do like them (snakes).

大野: Rukia-chan, onsen ga arimasu yo!
ルキア: Are! Ikimashouka?
大野: Ikimashou!!

Ohno: Rukia-chan, there's a hotspring!
Rukia: Oh! Shall we go?
Ohno: Let's go!
(fufufu.....^^)

arimasu = used to talk about the existence of an object
imasu = used to talk about the existence or presence of people or
animals

Lesson #4
This episode focuses on answering "Where?" questions. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KE6FM996

Example:
大野: Rukia, watashi no yukata wa doko ni arimasu ka?
ルキア: Asoko ni arimasu.

Ohno: Rukia, where is my yukata?

Hello minna-san! It's Rukia, Assistant Sensei here!! LOL jodan deshou! i'm only joking, i don't know much Japanese at all!!

I had a brief conversation with Muka-chan and she agreed that i can post my Japanese lesson stuff + books. I actually haven't watched or read the books at all so i think by sharing here it will motivate me to go through each lesson myself! ^^ i found it at D-addicts forum. (Big Credits to D-addicts Forum!!)

The 2 books follow closely with the videos. The books have extra stuff in it. I just browsed through it now and i think it's really good. It's a PDF file so you'll need the lastest Acrobat reader to open the document. The complete set of videos is 51 episodes, all in .avi format. Each file is around 75-80Mb i think. I'm gonna make this exclusive to Ohnokurasu! i'll try to post lessons at a minimum of once a week or more if i can.

Today, i will start with book 1 + episode 1.
Book 1 zipped file, 25.74Mb.

Ep01, 77Mb
