Once you have logged in, go to Journal >> Select Journal Style. Scroll down to the Choose Page Setup section and select from the drop-down menu:





As the third Terms of Use states: do not alter any of the graphics.
However, if you leave a comment in the post the graphic is featured, we will take it from there. Please be prepared to be turned down; if I wanted the graphic to have/be whatever you want, I would have made it that way. I hate to sound harsh but I have worked hard on everything you see here.



You can use the coding with a different header if you wish but you are not to alter the header provided in anyway whatsoever.
I would appreciate it if you gave credit for the coding (it still takes time).
