| About: | Welcome to the Original Fiction Ranters community. Inspired by the FanFicRants community, and created because there was a growing number of Original Fiction rants. This community is made to rant about original fic writers. Rules: 1. No flaming. Seriously, does this need to be explained? While I'm all for ranting and letting out some steam here, we're not about tearing down authors. So, no flaming. I want valid reasons for rantage. 2. Linking the focus of your rant is fine, if it's online. Quoting is too. As long as we don't go against the TOS, I don't care what you quote. But if there's a lot, LJ cut it. 3. If your RANT is long, LJ-cut it. 4. If you find your story is being ranted about here, my advice is to find out why and fix it. Not to flame us, because we will laugh at you. And we will flame back. Kapeesh? 5. No linking stories just so that members will flame the author. Seriously, guys, the last thing we want those authors to know is that we exist. Try to keep the wangst down, yanno? Rules are limited and subject to change due to wankage. | |
