| Help with group activity idea |

I am having a small 25 person wedding consisting of immediate family. I could really use some ideas for what to do on that Sunday following the ceremony. We wanted to organize a group activity. We had thought about a winery or vineyard tour/tasting, but that is 1 hr away. It seems like a little far for 5 separate cars to drive.
I live in Reston, VA so something close would be nice. The wedding is on Veteran's Day (November 11th) weekend, so if we did go into DC, I'd want to stay away from war memorials. Any ideas?
I've thought of the Vienna botantical gardens, but my fiance thought that would be very boring. Over half of our group group will be 50-70, actually.
I also suggested put-put, but I keep getting shot down.
What can we do? I'd like to keep it to $20/person or less. |
