| About: | Welcome to another O.C. icon contest! This contest is much like it's predecessors. Every Monday OC-related pictures will be posted. Mangle and toy with them however you please, but do not add other pictures. Then post your entries and voting will begin on Friday. This community is maintained by ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} gilkurtis and pottermaniagurl.Rules 1. Three entries per person. 2. No adding/blending pictures, unless otherwise specified by the challenge. 3. Make sure your entry is up to livejournal requirements, 100x100 max, 40KB and is either JPG, GIF, or PNG. 4. Animation is allowed as long as it follows rule 3. 5. One vote/person and no voting for yourself. 6. You're basically free to do whatever you please to these icons as long as they follow those simple requirements. Submitting 1. Submit entries as comments to the challenge posts. 2. You may submit from the moment the still is up until midnight (central) the following Friday. 3. When replying put each picture's < img src > tag and URL. 4. Say "yes" or "no" to whether or not you want a banner when/if you win. Timeline 1. Monday the still will go up. 2. Monday - Friday you may submit your entries. 3. Friday midnightCMT submissions must be in. 4. Saturday - Sunday voting. 5. Sunday winners will be announced. Voting 1. Anonymous votes will not be counted. 2. You don't have to be a member. 3. You may not vote for yourself. Winners 1. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. 2. Banners will be posted when the winners are announced or during the following week.
