About:[info]oc_icons is a community for LJ icons focusing on the Fox television show The O.C. All The OC icons are welcome, but please follow the rules listed below.

Rules

1. DO NOT REQUEST ICONS! This community is for members to share the icons they have created. Please direct your icon requests to [info]theoc_requests. Posts asking things like, "Does anyone have any Seth/Summer Spiderman kiss icons I could steal?" are considered requests and will be deleted.

2. No more than three icons displayed per post. Please post the rest under an LJ cut.

3. This community is now limited to an icon only community. Direct your banners/color bars/etc. to [info]oc_graphix. Other graphics will only be allowed if they are included in a post containing icons.

4. Icons should meet standard LJ requirements - 100x100px or smaller, less than or equal to 40k.

5. If an icon artists has requested credit, please credit. See the FAQ if you do not know how how to credit icons. If you are found to be stealing icons, you will be banned.

6. If an icon contains harsh language or subject matter, please place it under an LJ cut. Racial/gender/sexuality slurs are not permitted. We reserve the right to delete your post if we find it inappropriate for the community.

7. You must read the FAQ before posting. It's more than likely your question has already been answered.

8. Community advertisements/pimping will only be allowed if they are of interest to the community members. This includes other The OC icon communities, icon contest communities, new The OC communities, etc. This does not include communities such as rating communities. If you would like to advertise your personal icon journal/community, please do so when you post icons.
