I was just walking through a shopping mall in Vancouver Canada.
I went into a store called Zara,
and on one of the racks, a houndstooth printed top caught my eye.
I picked the thing up,and noticed letters
atop the blinding pattern.
Here's where I get to the point of this so far dull andecdote.
Guess what the writing said?
In large, golden letters -it proclaimed
"WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE LOVERS".
I read it three times trying to figure out why that would be written
randomly
on mall a t-shirt.
It's a more upscale store, at that, pricy.
A few of the products were made in Portugal and Europe...
Adam IS more popular in Europe than N.America, but
I have no idea if it's a reference to Mr.Green's song of the same name...
nontheless I was shocked and happy to see the thing.

Enter our juried competition for digital art and photography. Entrants submit three (3) JPEG files of original work. All styles of 2D artwork and photography where digital processes of any kind were integral to the creation of the images are acceptable.

Selections will be announced August 25, 2006.
