Job Title: On Campus Field Marketing Internship

Qualifications:
Full Time Student (no degree required) with a credible desire and ability to achieve goals, build and maintain professional
relationships and have fun while promoting travel and the Contiki experience. Applicant must have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated to seek out on-campus opportunities and not be afraid to get the word out! Must have internet access and be familiar with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office. Please have copy of valid US Passport available for review.

Description
The Field Marketing Intern will be responsible for weekly on-campus marketing efforts, and acquire valuable skills including:
• Setting up presentations and meetings to increase Contiki brand awareness
• Distributing promotional materials in high-traffic areas
• Organizing student focus groups as well as on-campus promotions and events
• Submitting press releases to school publications
• Working with local partners/vendors for promotional events
• Blogging on your personal Contiki European experience
• Researching marketing opportunities and trends
• Provide photo documentation of monthly activities
• Provide written reports of monthly activities

During late July-August 2007, the selected candidates will participate in training while on a 2-week Contiki European vacation
(tour chosen by Contiki management).

On-campus responsibilities will start August 2007 and end May 2008.

Support
Each intern will have interaction and support of:
• Contiki marketing and sales staff
• Local Contiki Business Development Managers on call as a support network to help implement activities
• Monthly conference calls with updates and developments
• Individual monthly updates with internship supervisor
