10:25a	fabric store out of business So not necessarily free, but just really really cheap. A fabric store near me in Ridgewood, Queens is going out of business. They'll be closed for good in about a week or two so right now all their fabrics and fixings are on sale. I recently purchased an industrial sized spool of elastic for just a couple of dollars and fabric goes from 99 cents a yard to $2.99. It's a small place so they have a random selection of stuff.
