This is a community for visual (painters, photographers, etc.) and performing artists (dancers, singers, musicians, actors, etc.), backstage monkeys (stage managers, lighting designers, costumers, etc.) and models based in the NYC-Metro/Tri State area, where people can post to discuss such things as:
-their upcoming shows
-auditions
-finding an agent/getting signed/getting scouted
-joining a union
-getting a good headshot
-what is legitimate, what is a scam
-and more!
This is NOT a community for:
-discussing favorite movie stars or musicians
