ny_photoThis is the place for you to post photos taken anywhere in New York State. Both urban and rural photos are welcome here, but please keep it around a NY theme. This community was created to celebrate the diversity of New York State, and to showcase the beauty of its cities and rural areas. Photos showing state parks, New York City, and other NY cities are welcome.
some rules:
1. Be nice. This is a no-brainer, really. if you're here to start drama with people, don't even bother joining. Trolls will be banned and reported to LJ Abuse immediately. That said, constructive criticism is certainly welcome in this community.
2. Keep on topic. This is a community for NY photos only. There are many other great LJ communities for other kinds of photos.
3. Please indicate the place where the photos were taken in the subject line. Your posts may be subject to deletion if you fail to do so.
4. PLEASE be considerate of others and put multiple and large images behind an LJ Cut tag. If you don't know how, please reffer to the Livejournal FAQ.
5. Only post YOUR OWN WORK. This is another no-brainer, but I feel that this should be mentioned to avoid any potential problems.
