About

This is a bi-weekly non-animated icon contest community for Luke Snyder and Noah Mayer of As the World Turns. (Alternatively, the challenge shall feature the actors Van Hansis and Jake Silbermann). There shall be 3 winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd places) after voting, including a moderator's choice award, which will be chosen by me, unless otherwise stated. The mod(s) may participate but will not be eligible for the Moderator's Choice award.

1. Animation isn't allowed. You may use brushes, text, etc to create your icon(s). Use only the image(s) provided, blending is also allowed.
2. Your icon(s) must remain anonymous. Do not post it anywhere else before the winners are posted.
3. Please, do not vote for yourself nor ask your friends to do so. Let's keep this a fair contest.
4. Your entry(ies) must be in GIF, JPG, and PNG format. 40kb and 100x100 MAX.
5. You may submit as many entries as each challenge states.
6. Do NOT take any icon without the permission of the maker. If you wish to grab one, just leave a comment and I'll address it to the artist.

Your entry is a comment to the screened challenge post with both the image and the url. Example:

- Submission deadline is on Saturday @ 8pm CST (GMT-6) or unless otherwise stated.
- The polls will be up at that time or sometime on Sunday.
- New challenges will be posted on Sunday.
- Voting ends on Tuesday @ 6pm CST (GMT-6) and the winners will be posted on that same day. Banners will follow as time allows.
