thank you for missing me while i was away. i loved hearing you yell your small lungs out as soon as i walked into the vestibule. also when you glued yourself to me for two days straight.

i hear you didn't come out when the nice man came to feed you. i guess i am the only person you want to see.

You abandoned meeeeeeee(ow)!

You left and I didn't see you and I couldn't find you and Some Stranger came in and while he left me gifts of Food, there wasn't nearly enough tuna for me to think he was truly worthy of my attention. That Stranger would have been more welcome of he brought tuna.

Feed me, pet me, feed me tuna, and I might forgive your escapist transgression.
