Because public posters deserve pretty banners too!

Hi, and welcome to the only community (as far as I know) that is for Not Friends Only banners!

You see, my journal is public. But I was always seeing all these really wonderful FO banners and thinking "Boy, wish I could have one, but I don't want to go Friends only!"

So I thought, hey, who say's we can't have a Not Friends only Banner!

So, next time your making an FO banner, why not make a not_FO banner as well?

Cause this journal is not friends only, and we deserve a pretty banner as well!!

RULES!

We welcome banners from all fandoms, as well as non-fandom banners.

If your banner is a spoiler of some kind for anything, please place it behind a cut and explain why it is a spoiler for.

If you are posting more than one banner, also please place behind the cut.

If you think your banner contains anything that some readers may not wish to see (for instance graphic photo manips) please place behind the cut with a warning.
Please tag your entries where possible with some kind of description of the banner. For instance "Stargate" or "dolphins". This will allow new users to easily search through old banner posts
