Community Profile

Forty pounds and two years ago, our forepeople brought forth on this internet a new community, conceived in fattiness and dedicated to the proposition that not all fat people are unattractive. Now we are engaged in a great civil shit-talking, testing whether or not our community or any community so conceived and so dedicated can long endure. We are met on the great html of that war. We have come to attract the flaming of the rejected, assuming this is the final resting place for their fat asses and becoming angry when they are told no when so many others are told yes.

It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But in a larger sense, we cannot validate, we will not lose the weight, we cannot be everything to everyone. The hot fatties, agressive and passive who vote here have exemplified it far above 'be nice' theory with their power to add or detract. The internet itself makes note and long archives what we say here, but we can never forget why we started this community.

It is for you the members to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which the moderators who created nonuglyfats have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us--that from the teeming masses we take the hottest, the most beautiful, the thick-skinned and thick-waisted--that we here highly resolve that these hot fat people shall not fall under an umbrella of "all people are kind and jolly," but shall experience a new status as a HOT FAT PERSON and that this community under g-d have a new birth of beautiful fatties, and that voting for the fatties, by the fatties, shall not perish from the earth.
