THIS SUCKS.
I personally had a killer time at C12 and could rave for hours about what a great job all the organizers did.... However, there was one girl there named Heather who did NOT have a good time... Her situation is more important at the moment IMO. She was assaulted after the Attrition show by some one she knows, and perhaps many of you here know him. This kind of shit comes at a time when the city, as well as the goth community, already has a bad rap. Does anyone here know about this? I found this on MySpace and was horrified that this happened in MY city and within OUR community!... This bastard has to be brought to justice, and I hope that you guys can help spread the word... This not only affects an innocent girl, but at a time when the city is struggling to tell people it's safe to come back, we have a psycho flipping out at Convergence of all things!

I am THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED that anyone would come into MY city, especially for an event that is typically ALL WONDERFUL PEOPLE just having an amazing time, and then do something so heinous to another!!! NO ONE deserves this, and no "real man" does this shit to any woman, EVER! On top of that, this city doesn't need this shit right now, nor does the goth community as a whole! This shit head CAN NOT get away with this!

it has been rumored that he has already fled and skipped the LA borders... so I'm guessing at that point it has become a federal matter...

but if ANYONE knows where this guy is please contact the New Orleans POLICE immediately...

Yeah, they're local New Orleaneans, and students at Loyola University. I thought they were bf/gf, and only met them a few times together around town. Not sure of what happened, but you're right, it sux, and everyone I know is looking for this guy (his name is Will).

We've got his full name, his description, and his picture- if there's anyone else on this list in other cities, we should start circulating flyers at the local stores, clubs, and concert venues, like The Vortex in Atlanta, to name one.

Does anyone still in NOLA have any contacts with the local news? I ask because this should also be on one of the Crime Stoppers reports they always show on the WWL- and since it's rebroadcast on channel 15 over and over, that would be REALLY helpful in catching this guy.

Yeah. It is doubtful he is in the state any longer. It would make a lot more sense to circulate this in or around communities in Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Tennesee, and so forth.

Tattoos?
Piercings?
Any discernable scars or birthmarks?

If I'm missing them, please point them out.

A head shot helps, but a detailed description is much better.

The blog said he is from Mountain Brook (Bham) Alabama and may be there now...i'm from the Mountain Brook area and since the little scene here is so small, i'll definately keep an eye out.

You should pass this post on to some one at the local Mountain Brook TV channels. Perhaps that's already been done, but ya never know. The more sourcees that send this story their way, the more exposure it will get and the quicker they can capture him...

It ran chills up my spine earlier today when I saw that several of my favorite NOLA people were in this dueshbag's top 8 on myspace. This could have been anyone of them, and assholes like this will repeat (even escalate) their pattern of violence if they are not stopped. They have to get this creep off the streets before he can do this to anyone else.
