About
We are focused on providing technical solutions to make LJ an ad-free experience for opt-out users, reporting ad implementation and ad-related changes, and cataloging, reviewing, and/or developing LiveJournal alternatives. We are interested in all sorts of LJ-related information, some of it ending up in our Wiki rather than here. We do not aim, in any way or form, at providing solutions for Plus and Sponsored users who would like to remove ads or change the way they are displayed. These users have decided that getting ads in exchange for benefits was a good bargain so they have to assume this decision. Besides, we would like to remind these users that preventing the display of ads is a violation of the Terms of Service. Plus users who would like to get rid of ads can switch back to Basic.
