I don't understand the process?
ninjafy is a rating community. The members here will rate new applicants on who they think the applicant is most like from the manga/anime Naruto. It's sort of like taking a quiz, but deeper and more correct. You do not stamp yourself, a mod of the community will stamp you.










How do I vote?
You read someone's application and vote them as who you think they are most like. You don't have to include why you voted someone as a character unless you want. You can vote once you join the community, you don't have to be stamped. Please place the character you are voting for in bold, done like so:

I'm confused on re-applying?
If you look here you can see what you need to do to re-apply. This just basically means if it's your 1st time to re-apply, you need to vote on 6 other applications and link to them on your entry where a mod can see. You also need to wait around a month or so before your 1st re-apply. If you're doing this a 3rd time, you must wait 3 months and vote on 7 others, etc..










Why do I have to vote on others to re-apply?
Basically this rule is to keep the community votes active and allow everyone to re-apply as much as they want with restrictions. If you've applied once members have already voted on you, so if you're applying again, they are going vote again. It's only fair that you vote on some more.










I have no idea how to do a lj-cut!
The LJ-cut is already in your application. All the HTML coding has been done for you, just copy and past it into the update journal and fill in the spots. If you are still having trouble, look at this:

Do I put my answers in the bold or out of it?
When you are writing up your application, it should look similar to this, but with your information:


<b>Name:</b> Ta
<b>Age:</b> 19
<b>Gender:</b> female


When posted to ninjafy, it will show up like this:

Name: Ta
Age: 19
Gender: female

This is how your application should look - questions in bold, answers un-bolded. It makes it easier to read.










How long until I'm stamped?
There is no set amount of votes needed to be stamped. Stamping will occur whenever the mods believe you have enough votes or go on their stamping duties.









You counted my votes wrong?
If so, let me or breyzyyin know. However first you should check and make sure you are counting breyzyyin's vote as two votes -- they are twins that share a journal. Sometimes they vote differently, but when they vote the same users sometimes just count them as one vote. :)










I don't like who I'm being voted as! They are nothing like me!
Then re-apply in a month. Don't take it out on the members who voted on you -- it's who they saw in your application.










Are there any other Naruto rating communities?!
Yes, there are two. ninjafy is the first and largest Naruto rating, but there are also naruto_rating and naruto_ratings. As far as I know no one has ever been stamped at naruto_ratings so I would not recommend it.










What do you mean, no direct linking?
When me or breyzyyin stamp you and you see your image, this means not to right click the image, go to properties, and copy the location of the image (address URL), and post it on your journal. You can (and should) right click and save the image, the upload it to somewhere like photobucket or imageshack.









How do I post my banner on my journal? I don't know HTML
That's simple, just get the file name of the location you uploaded it to and put it in this code.

My friend doesn't have a livejournal, can I post for them?
Sorry but the answer is no. Have your friend make a livejournal if they want to do this -- this is to ensure that there is more voting activity. If someone doesn't have a livejournal, then they aren't going to vote on others, and that is enforced in this community.










Which characters can I vote people as?
The list of current character stamps can be found here. You can vote users as anyone on this list. If you have suggestions for who should be on the list, just request it.
