| Roleplay style |
| Welcome one and all to Ninja Scout! This is a place for serious Roleplayers searching for potential partners to interact and RP with. All posts will be in third-person/past-tense Style. This means that there will be no chat speak, chat-style roleplays, weird or huge fonts, and/or asterisks to show what your character is doing (Ex; *runs into wall and falls down* ...Hi there, wall. *stares at wall*). If you want to roleplay present tense with asterisks and etc, then please leave it in your IM chats (granted if your partner agrees to the style as well). It will not be tolerated if that sort of thing shows up here. If you wish to post an RPing session that's set up in that fashion then modify it to the appropriate style before posting. Character journals aren’t necessary as this is only a place for members to search for RP partners without the hassle of joining RPing communities. That said, AIM or any other IMing system is strongly encouraged. However if that is not possible for either you or your partner(s) then it is suggested that you use Google Docs as an alternative RPing method, which allows users to write and edit documents at the same time (but you will need to make an account in order to use this feature). Crack as well as canon is supported here; the main focus is helping people find others for individual roleplays for the Naruto fandom. | Rules |
| 1. Be polite. Don't be rude about others' writing. If you don’t like how they roleplay, then don’t contact them. We would like you to roleplay in Para-form, third person, and past tense, but you and your roleplay partner(s) can roleplay another with if you decide. If there's a serious problem, contact the mods. Anyone who creates serious chaos will be banned. 2. Be mature. Mature situations will happen here as well as other mature/adult content. This also means that any pairing is allowed, be it boy/boy, girl/girl, boy/girl, or whatever else you can think of. Just about anything is permitted, as long as the other roleplayer(s) in the relationship says that it’s fine. Crack pairings, cannon pairings, and any other pairings are encouraged. 3. You do not need to create a character journal. We have no set characters for people and most, if not all, RPing will take place out of the community between the individuals. The main point of this community is to provide a place for others to seek out RPing partners for individual interaction without the hassle of having to apply for characters in group RPing communities. |
