Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts stuffed their handbags with sweets on their way to the Oscars.
The two blondes looked stunning as they made their way up the red carpet hand-in-hand but stopped when they saw an interviewer with a tray of chocolates.
Nicole said: "Can we have some of these? We're going to need them, it's going to be a long night."
The actresses, both carrying glittering clutch bags stuffed as much candy as they could into their bags.
Nicole was wearing a bright red Balenciaga halter-neck gown with a big bow on her neck, while Naomi showed off her new baby bump in a pale yellow Escada dress with a black sash below her bust.

"Nip/Tuck" creator Ryan Murphy is firming plans to spend his hiatus directing Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts in Need, a thriller to be produced by Todd Black and Jason Blumenthal. Variety says independent financing is being mobilized for a late fall start.
Kidman and Watts, friends since they were young actresses in Australia, have been looking for a project to do together. The sexy thriller will cast them as archenemies: Watts will play a psychiatrist, Kidman the unstable patient who steals the shrink's husband.
Murphy has also just signed a multiyear deal worth $15 million that's so big, it spans three News Corp. entities: FX, 20th Century Fox TV and the Fox net. Under the deal, Murphy will stay on as showrunner for a fifth season of FX's top-rated "Nip/Tuck." At the same time, he'll exclusively develop series with 20th Century Fox.

A week after Nicole Kidman's husband, country singer Keith Urban, entered rehab for alcohol, she threw a dinner party at Naomi Watts's home in Los Angeles.
But, the party for Kidman's Australian pals didn't focus on Urban's problem at all. "We didn't talk about it," Simon Baker, who was one of the guests, told People magazine.
Nicole "is a survivor," he told People. "She just keeps moving forward."
Kidman may be busy with her Pilates classes, work meetings and visiting her sister, Antonia, but she still made time to visit Urban at the facility where he is being treated before heading to London for the filming of "The Golden Compass."

just read this about the wedding:
Nicole Kidman arrived at her parent's home today in preparation for her wedding tomorrow to Keith Urban. Keith is staying at another undisclosed location until the ceremony. The two are planning to release one photo to the media free of charge. They do ask that any publication that uses the photo make a donation to a children's hospital in Sydney. They don't have any plans to release more than one photo.
