Welcome to New Music Stars Icon Challenge! We are an icon challenge specifically designed to showcase music artists who have released only a debut album or a song of some sort, whether it be a single, on a soundtrack, etc. Any artists who have released a second album do not qualify.

-Icons must meet live journal standards [100x100 pixels and no more than 40 KB]-
-All icons must be original; this means all icons submitted for the challenge must be brand new-
-Do not use someone else’s work and claim it as your own. This is cheating and you will be banned if you do so-
-All entries must be submitted as follows. All entries shall be screened-

-When voting, you MAY NOT vote for yourself. You can only vote for 3 icons unless otherwise stated-
-Challenges shall be posted on Fridays, voting will go up on Tuesday and close Wednesday, and winners will be announced with banners on Thursday-
-Entries may not be posted anywhere else until the challenge is over-
-You may submit a maximum of 2 icons-
-Animation is not allowed-
-You must be a member of the community to enter but you do not have to be a member to vote-
-Have fun!-
