Hi Everyone! Long time no post! Welcome to all the new members, too. I thought I'd do kind of a big text update, and leave the awesome graphics to the more talented members. ;)
Ok, so first a few website links: I joined this group to the
Official James Nesbitt Fanlisting (official by Fanlisting.org, not James himself, lol). I added a link to the info page; if you'd like, go show your support and join.
Also, James (or his publicist) has been active on his
MySpace page again. Now's the time to get your friend requests approved and show James a little comment love! LOL If any of you happen to meet him IRL make sure you ask if it's him! ;) We're a bit proud, too, of the fact, that it looks like that page is now sporting one of
khaoschilde 's awesome Murphy icons as his default photo. Here's hoping it's because he took notice of her efforts and our little group, as well as
jekyll_bbc!
Upcoming projects:
The
Beeb says that Cinderella, as well as the other fair Tales in the anthology, have been moved up to 2008, starting with Rapunzel.
The Passion is a BBC/HBO co-production by the producers of the Sopranos and will air in the UK during Easter week,
according to a Times article.
Here's the BBC press release.
James is filming
Midnight Man, a three-part ITV production about
"a muck-raking showbiz journalist who, while rummaging through dustbins, stumbles across a brutal neo-conservative political conspiracy related to the "war on terror" [sic]. 'I play an investigative journalist who has phengophobia – an irrational fear of daylight," explains Nesbitt. "So I'm spending nights on the street, freezing my bollocks off.'" In the news:
James is the
new spokeperson in an N. Ireland campaign for
BowelCancer.org. He'll appear in bathoom adverts. ;)
It appears that
James did a musical number for the BIFAs, called "The BIFAs are the Champ," that he wrote himself. Anyone have it?
And lastly, two new videos; James' ASDA wine advert and a short video that James' narrates an introduction explaining the WAVE foundation and an animation project that the children did called "Friendly Street".
