High Five Day!
Nerds!

This Thursday, April 19, 2007, is National High Five Day.  We invite all nerdnoisers and anyone else to participate in spreading the high-five joy on campus.  We will be gathering at Sather Gate at 10am and high fiving people ALL DAY LONG YEEEAAARRRRHHHH!!!  I would love to see you there all day long as well, but I am aware that people have classes that can't be missed and such, and so stop by for as long as you can!  Let me know in the comments how long/how much you will be participating, so I can see if/when we might be low on people.  Hopefully some of you will be taking off classes, like myself, so as to observe the day with proper solemnity ;-)

Also, two other things:

a) who would be willing to provide a boom box so that we can play some rockin' high five tunes?
b) who would be able to get together Wednesday night sometime after 7 in order to make a high five day sign?  (I imagine we could meet at Walgreen's or somesuch to buy some supplies, then go elsewhere to make the sign)

I am srsly excited, guys!

i'll definitely be there at 10. i may or may not skip my 11 o'clock class, otherwise i can be there from 12:30-2 also (can't skip french) then after 3.

I have class from 11-12:30 and 12:30-2. Other than that, I am devoted to high-fiving!

thursdays are unfortunately heavy on the class for me...but i will gladly high five between 9:30 and 11, and after 4:30 or so.

i will stop by on the way to my class at 11 and possibly at other times.

regarding boom box, i don't know if you've already looked into this/what the situation is, but there was once a boom box that we used for tabling like last year that was left at the daily cal...i have no idea if it still exists and if so where, but...yeah. that's all i have to offer on that front.

i can from 10 to 11, 2-3:30, and after 5 if we're doing that. i could do wednesday night, but i'm an awful, awful artist, so i won't be much help.
