| About: | This community is for announcements, news, polls, rideshare info, and discussion about the Fetish Fair Fleamarket (tm), a twice-a-year event in the Boston area produced by the New England Leather Alliance (NELA). NELA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a safe space in the world for leather/fetish/BDSM people, through education, advocacy, and charitable giving. "Fetish Fair Fleamarket" is a trademark held by the New England Leather Alliance, and is used with permission. NELA produces two versions of the FFF, the winter one, which is a weekend-long event, and the summer one, which is a single day event. The winter Boston-area FFF draws over 3500 people mostly from New England, thougn many do come from California, Florida, Canada, etc... for a full weekend of shopping, classes, demos, and parties. Over 100 vendors and exhibitors, over 35 class and educational sessions, great nighttime events like the Fetish Masquerade, latex pool party, "young designer's fashion show," and other such things make up a full weekend of fetish fun.
