A few points of interest:
Who can post? Anybody! Members of the RPG, prospective players, whatever. You can post here using your character journal or your actual journal - it's unmoderated and has open membership.
What do we talk about? This is where the players can bring up plot ideas, pose questions, or get in contact with the other members. For example, if you wanted to mention another character in your journal but needed the player's permission, asking here would be your best bet. To be honest, you can pretty much post whatever you want here... you know, within reason.
