So, last night Mershon was using Jodie's computer to design, since the ones in the design room were taken. Jodie's got a roll of stickers (like a stamp roll), that dispenses little square inch congratulatory or inspirational stickers ... much like the ones our elementary school teachers put on our 100s or 98s.

Whenever I'm in there, I like to take one or two because I know that they aren't meant for us "editorial people" ... they're for the staff in the ad dept. for doing a good job of selling.

The one I took last night, however, took me by surprise, and now it's your new icon. I HAD to wear it all night and show everyone... it's THAT awesome:

I have a feeling I'm using the same template that you have on your journal. But I'm trying to add a pic up at the top... How do I do that?? Do you have to mess with the CSS or is there an option/theme somewhere that includes one?

EDIT: Okay... here are some icons I've made, they feature photos that I've taken myself (indeed, some even have me in them). They are free to use, NOT TO EDIT. DO NOT HOTLINK!! I would appreciate a link back and please give me credit. I'm a busy college kid, so when I take time to make these things, it sets me back. Also, please notify me when you are going to use them.
