Since you're all such wonderful, lovely people... (okay, enough with the crawling) I was wondering if someone with a good memory could give me a helping hand. Can anyone remember in Season Ten what mistake it was that Neela made that caused the patient's death Gallant took the rap for before he went to Iraq? I remember that Carter was pushing Neela to be braver/take more responsibility/risks, and that the patient died as a result, but if anyone can recall anything a little more specific then I'd be really grateful.

In return, all I can offer is the promise that I might actually write something again soon!

Yes, it's another preview! Although this video isn't as happy as my last video, it's more of a bittersweet Reela video. Set from Ray's POV it's about how he felt through the end of season 12 and season 13 about what was happening with him and Neela.

I wasn't originally going to have Neela being the one who called him a womanizer, but then when I put the clips in with her and the looks she gave him, it just seemed to fit. And we can all remember the important lines when she told Ray that he should take a girl out and talk with her first...i think we all know what she was implying? *winks*

So, I hope that you like this video, it only contains clips of a lovely season 11 Ray, so it is kind of a tribute to his old womanizing ways before Neela changed him.

Parminder Nagra, best known for her role as Dr. Neela Rasgotra on NBC's ER, has welcomed a baby boy.

"Parminder Nagra and her husband James Stenson are thrilled to announce the birth of their son, Kai David Singh Stenson," her rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. "He was born on Tuesday, May 19. Mother, daddy and baby are all doing great."

Us first broke the news last December that Nagra, 33, was expecting. "We are thrilled and overjoyed at the prospect of becoming first time parents," she told Us at the time. A month later, Nagra and Stenson, a photographer, tied the knot.
