Welcome to NCIS Banners!
NCIS_Banners is a banner community from my favorite
television show ever, NCIS! This will be a community to share all your
beautiful banner artwork with the other NCIS fans out there and to
participate in banner challenges!
The standard size for a banner is 468x60
pixels! But for me, it´s way too small! I like them a little bigger! :)
So, your banner can be whatever size you want or like! No limit there, so
therefore.......please put them behind an lj-cut! Thanks! And please......if
you like a banner and want to take it, give credit to the member who made
it!
The challenges will be by
theme - this can be a specific character, a specific couple, a specific
episode etc...
A few rules and infos for the challenge:
- You must be a community member to
participate in this challenge
- You can submit up to 3 banners
- Please use only your own work
- Submissions must be anonymous and must remain anonymous through the
entire challenge period
- Text/Textures/Brushes/Animated/Effects are all allowed
- Please post your banner in a comment with the challenge post.
- Use both IMG SRC code and the URL
- Make sure to host them on a server that allows hotlinking (like
Photobucket for example)
- Votes are weighted, which means that the banner you give first
place gets more points than the icon you give third place (you can vote
for 3 banners - 1st, 2nd and 3rd place)
- Please don´t vote for yourself, or ask anybody else to vote for you
- The Mod (that will be me) will be choosing Mod´s Choise as well :)
- The winners will receive banners
START/FINISH/VOTING/RESULTS
- Start - a new challenge will be posted
Sunday (sporadic)
- Finish - the following Saturday - Sunday all entries are uploaded
- Voting - is done Sunday through Monday
- Results - Monday or Tuesday
