The Community
We are a NCIS focused icon community along the lines of ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) icons100 and scifi100. The only difference is here you have the choice of making 50 or 100 icons. 50 of the 100 (or 20 of the 50) icons must follow specified themes, the rest of them are up to you. The point of this community is to make new NCIS icons and have fun while doing it.

The Rules
1. Anyone can join the community. You must be a member to issue a claim.
2. You can claim anything NCIS related. Meaning any pairing/character/actor or even item if you want to.
3. Claims are to be submitted through this post. Once your claims has been approved you will be given posting access.
4. You only have one claim at a time. If you want another topic, finish your first claim then come back to claim something else.
5. Before you apply for a claim, check the claim's post to see whether your claim is already taken. If it is, you can apply to the waiting list.
6. You can either make 50 or 100 icons, your choice.
7. Your icons have to be LJ Standard - not bigger than 40kb, not bigger than 100x100 pixel.
8. You have to use certain themes for your claim which you can find here. It does not mean that you have to use exactly that word in your icon. Just let those topics inspire you.
9. You have 5 weeks to finish your 50 icons claims and 10 weeks to finish your 100 icons. If you can, for whatever reason it may be, not finish your claim tell me or I will open your claim to whoever else wants it.
10. When you have finished your claim, please comment in the Hall of Insanity to let me know you are done. You will then get a sparkly new banner.
