Challenge #2: Rain
First image was taken by me; the rest are from morguefile.com
Rules:
-Up to 3 icons may be submitted.
-You may use images other than the ones provided.
-If your image does not have rain in it, make sure that the text has a reference to rain (otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose...)
-All effects are allowed.
-Deadline is Monday, July 24.
