Natural In The Main Stream
Kate Hudson was on The View today.  I've always loved her movies and now I have more reasons to love her!  She was talking about how a friend of hers got breast cancer and afterwards Kate became really aware of the chemicals women put into their bodies just from beauty products.  Since then she's made the switch to using natural products.  Kate and her hair stylist David Babaii have recreated a line of beauty hair care called David Babaii WildAid.  They were talking about how their products have Cupuacu butter which is more hydrating then Shea.  There products also have no parabens, sulfates, petroleum, and animal products.  Also, they are cruelty free!   10% of all profits to go the WildAid organization which helps with wildlife and plant-life conservation.

The products aren't perfect (not 100% natural or organic) but it's great to see celebs out there talking about the natural movement.  Hopefully, it helps some people that aren't using natural products get into using them!

I usually dislike anything that doesn't have the ingredient list on the actual web page, and the posing with lion cubs actually managed to annoy me, sorry X(

It's a nice thought, and a start :) I think I'm just not enough of a fan of Kate hudson to buy into this.

Now if Patrick Stewart or some nerd hero made something along the lines, fully natural or not I'd be sucked in, hahaha

I saw her promoting this product on Conan the other night (last night?) and it didn't make me want to buy it. Sure, it's good that people are spreading the natural message, but she wasn't very well-spoken and I could hardly tell what she was talking about. Oh, Kate Hudson.

What was Barbara saying to her when she started talking about the things women put into/onto their bodies? It was almost like she was telling her to watch what she was saying...

Anyhow I'm glad she mentioned it because whether or not I decide to buy the product at least more people know to look into these things.

Barbara was saying, "Don't say those things cause cancer..." or something like that. Because there's that whole argument where some people say they are safe and other people say they aren't. I just think Barbara didn't want to be libel if Kate was said the stuff caused cancer.
