narnia_ratings, a rating community based on the wonderful works of C. S. Lewis. We are your mod,

morningstar4 and co-mod

ladynorbert. If you have any questions, please respond to this post. This community incorporates characters from both the movies and books. As of now, we will only be providing stamps for characters who appear in the first book/movie, "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe". As the other books are made into movies, we will be adding stamps for those characters as well, such as Prince Caspian and Reepicheep, etc.

What is a rating community, you may ask. Basically, you fill out the application below, post it to the community, and the other members will decide which Narnia character you are most like. At the end of a predetermined amount of time, the character with the most votes wins and you are stamped as that character and given a banner so you may display your results proudly. ;)

The Rules:
Application
1. You must be at least 13 to apply.
2. You must be a member to post. Membership is open to everyone.
3. Copy the application below and paste it into your post.
4. Please put your application behind an LJ cut. You can do so by using the tags < lj-cut text="your cut text here" > and < /lj-cut > before and after your application. Be sure to remove the spaces before and after the "<" and ">".
5. In order to be stamped, you must have a minimum of 5 votes from different people. If you do not have 5 votes by the end of two weeks, it will be up to the mod whether or not to stamp you at that time. If you only have 1 or 2 votes at the end of the two week time period, we may extend it so you can get a few more votes before being stamped.
6. Once you have posted your application, please go and rate the other members of the community who have not yet been stamped. You do NOT need to be stamped before voting for others.
7. Changing the answers in your application or deleting other member's votes for your app in order to get the character you want is forbidden. Please remember that these people are taking time out of their day to read over your application and give you an honest vote. Deleting their comments is rude and inconsiderate.
8. At some point, I will be offering a chance for re-stamping, so if you don't like the character you were given, please check back here later to see if you can re-apply.
9. Please put the phrase "For Narnia, and for Aslan!" in your subject line when posting your application so I know you've read the rules.

Members/Voting
1. Be respectful to all other members. Any hurtful comments will result in banishment.
2. It is very important that once you have been stamped, you keep voting for new members. It's the fair thing to do, and your participation will keep this community going.
3. You can vote for up to two characters for each person. Please bold your votes so they are easier to see. Try to include a brief description of why you chose the character if possible.
4. Cross gender stamping is allowed.
5. We would appreciate a link back to this community wherever you post your stamp. :)
6. Community promoting is okay as long as it's related to Narnia or other rating communities.
