Nominating

1. No hotlinking for any of your nominations -- upload all of them to your image host. Anyone who does not follow this rule will be automatically banned from the community.
2. All icons must be some way related to the Chronicles of Narnia Fandom.
3. Try and nominate in each of the 14 categories or nominate in a category that doesn't ususally get many nominations.
4. For every icon that you nominate of your own you must nominate one by someone else, but you can only nominate three icons by one icon maker.
5. All icons nominated must fit LJ size requirements. (Under 40KB and 100x100 pixels or smaller).
6. Icons that have been nominated are not available for sharing without permission from the creator.
7. You may only nominate up to 20 icons per week. The reason for this is to have more categories, but not be overwhelmed with nominations.
8. Nominating one icon in various categories only counts as one icon nomination, however, rule number 4 still applies.
9. When posting nominations you must put the username of the maker next to each icon.
10. To increase awareness about what icons have been nominated, and which one's haven't, please do not use an LJ-cut, and refer to The Wardrobe to make the icons you are nominationg haven't already won.

Voting

1. A sessions here runs for four weeks. So at the end of a month-long session, there will be a post for voting which will contain a cut titled "Stepping Through..." Fill out the form in that post to vote.
2. Do not vote for your own icon -- if you are nominated in a category, you do not vote in that category. (Choose "nominated"). If you "forget" and do not select nominated (but do not vote for your icon), you will receive a "strike". You get a total of three strikes; once you get to your third, you'll be banned. In addition, all those who vote for themselves will be BANNED automatically and the icons they had in the running will be disqualified; no exceptions. Consider this your one and ONLY warning.
3. You ARE allowed to vote if you nominate icons, the above rules only apply if an icon YOU MADE is nominated. If you have any questions at all, please ask them!
4. PLEASE have enough pride in your work to NOT ask people to vote for your icon(s). It's tacky, first of all, and it's CHEATING, which is unacceptable. If anyone is caught doing this, you will be banned from this community and your icon(s) in the running at the time will be disqualified.
