narnia_100- A Chronicles of Narnia 100 Icon Challenge! Inspired by communities like icons100 and disney100, this 100 icon community is devoted to C.S. Lewis’s Chronicles of Narnia. What is a 100 icon challenge?
In a 100 icon challenge, participants choose a subject and, to show their devotion, create a set of 100 icons.
General
1. To participate, you must me a member of this community. Join Here.
2. Go to the Claims Post to see if the subject you want to claim is free. Comment to that post with your claim. Please type "Aslan is on the Move" in the subject line of your claims comment so I know that you've read the rules. EVEN IF YOU'VE BEEN CONTACTED THROUGH THE WAITING LIST, THIS RULE MUST BE FOLLOWED. I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR CLAIM WITHOUT THIS SUBJECT LINE.
3. Once your claim has been accepted, you have two weeks from the day your claim is made to come up with ten or more icons for your first set.
Posting Information
When posting your icons, please do so in the following format:
Subject: (The claim you chose.)
Satus: (How many icons you've completed total out of 100.)
Themes: (What themes you're using, if any.)
Also, please remember to use a cut-tag.
Community Rules:
1. Join the Community before posting a claim.
2. Please check the Claims List before posting a claim.
3. When posting a claim, please put the phrase “Aslan is on the Move” in the subject line.
Icon Set Guidelines:
1. Please start from scratch with new icons. There isn’t much point to the challenge if all you are going to do is dust off your old icons.
2. Please do not post bases—remember that this is an icon challenge. Textless icons are fine, as long as they aren’t simply bases.
3. Please take your time and put some effort into your work. If you need an extension for your claim, just ask.
4. These are, in essence, children’s books. Please keep your icons clean and tasteful. If you think an icon you’ve made is questionable, put it behind a cut-tag with a warning.
5. All of your icons should have your subject claim as part of the icon, if not the main focus.
6. You do not have to post all your icons in one batch, but once your set is complete, please link to all of the posts/batches (if you've more than one).
7. To make this challenge even more challenge, 50 of your 100 (or 25 of 50) icons must use each of the themes listed below. You do not have to use those words on your icons; they just have to follow the general theme.
