Rules are that members should commit to posting their word counts on a daily basis, if possible, and should set their goals at writing 50,000 new words by the end of November. (In other words, if you have 40,000 already written, and write only 10,000 in November, you can't say you reached your goal!) These 50,000 words should all be in a single project, not multiple projects. I WILL NOT MAKE ANY QUALITY JUDGMENTS. We work on the honor system.
Rewards: For 2006, everyone in the community who reaches the 50,000 word goal will be included in a special dedication in Book 6 of the Weather Warden series (THIN AIR), which will be published in July 2007.
Please note that I will not offer critique, due to my own schedule and goals for this month, but I will be posting helpful hints and information along the way.
