SUBMITTING:
For each contest, the mods will make a post containing the challenge,
where you can submit your icon in a comment (all comments will be screened).

Challenges will be posted at the beginning of the week,
usually right after the previous challenge ends.
Challenges begin on Sundays and end on Fridays.
The Voting Process will be throughout Saturday and end Sunday night.

and don't tell your friends to vote for it either.
