Is it just me, or does Jessi Combs sound a lot like Marz Gurl?

did anyone notice during the part with the cardboard boxes trying to shake them off the car that when Jamie did it, only 1 of the boxes just kinda lightly bumped up against him? all of the boxes got caught on the rig above him. I would say that shouldn't even count as a valid test. they need to find a way to get the rig out of the way so that Jamie takes the full brunt of the boxes (even if they are empty and really light). it probably won't change the outcome but at least it'll be a more acceptable test.

I saw it last night, and it was nothing short of awesome.

They're going on tour, so if you'd like a chance to meet Adam (and yes, there IS a meet-and-greet-and-get-stuff-signed after the show), then check to see if they'll be in your area!

This is just personal preference, but I love when they test sayings or adages. The bull in a china shop? One of my favorites. Fish in a barrel and the lead balloon? Another two great ones in my book. So I'm particularly looking forward to the "knock your socks off" myth.

And next week's episode is rumored to be called "Duct Tape Hour," which can only mean good things. x3

I love listening to him talk off the cuff because he is SO NERDY, and so much a big kid, much much more so then you'd think by watching the show. i mean, it's obvious he's nerdy, but the full extent isn't there....

I saw Up yesterday and it is a fantastic movie, but as the house was drifting across the city, I was distracted by the thought "I wanna see Jamie and Adam try this".

Seriously. Do I think that you could life a house right off it's foundation like in the movie? No. But think about these prefab houses that get trucked into a site. Latch some balloons on it, and see what would happen. Actually i'd almost prefer to see them building a house in a parking lot (perhaps the building where they tested the helium in the football myth), then filling it with furniture (don't forget the garden hose reel on the side!) and then attaching an insane amount of helium balloons.

I'm sure the first thing they'd have to do is calculate the weight of a small 2 story home and see what amount of balloons would be capable of lifting said amount of weight. This would be an epic 2 hour season finale, wouldn't you say?
