<b>BEFORE READING ANYTHING ELSE, UNDERSTAND THIS</b>:

Is your hair exceptional? Find out. The rules are pithy, simple, and to the point. Read the following:

Procedure:

1. Post your picture. If it is larger than 400x400, please use the lj-cut. If it is smaller than 200x200, fuzzy, pixellated, or photo-shopped, don't bother. (There is no limit to the number of pictures you can post. If it is more than one, please use the lj-cut.)

2. Approved members will vote. Enough yes votes, you stay and get to vote. Too many no votes, you're out the door. If the votes are close, please wait until a moderator makes a post linking members to your post so they can vote some more. If needed, remind a moderator to link your post!

3. If you get accepted, please try to vote as frequently as possible. If you get rejected, we will delete you within the hour.

Rules:

1. Only moderators can stamp people.

2. Only approved members can vote.

3. Do <u>not</u> comment if you are in the process of being reviewed.

4. Sardonic comments are permissible <b>as long as they are warranted</b> (see also: wretched, annoying, moronic applicants).

5. Do not post links to your pictures on other sites, if you can help it.

6. Do not post another person's picture.

Tips:

1. Follow the rules. Seems obvious, but if you break them, it's an easy ticket out.

2. Beware red x's. They're annoying and can sway your vote.

3. Beware links. Kiss of death.

4. If you have boring hair, do not post. It's a waste of your time and ours.

5. If you choose to fight back against "no" votes, go ahead. But if you're an excessive asshole, well, I'm sure you can guess what result it will ultimately yield.

6. Don't suck up to us. It's annoying.

7. If you leave, a goodbye post is not necessary. No one will beg you to stay.
